Construction on downtown’s newest office building, One Union Station, can begin now that the developers landed a lead tenant: Denver’s Antero Resources.
East West Partners announced the lease agreement Friday and said it plans to break ground on the five-story, 110,000 square-foot office building in September.
The Avon-based development company is teaming with Starwood Capital Group of Greenwich, Conn., on the new building, which will be at the corner of 16th and Wynkoop streets.
Antero, an oil and gas company, has had an office at 1625 17th St. for years.
