- The structures used to support the tabletop addition run along the original structure, which was wrapped with a new façade.
- Each of the 17 penthouse residences has a unique front-to-back footprint to capture views in both directions.
We love developing mountain communities from scratch, but we’re also experts at reinvigorating existing properties. And we’re especially proud when they’re as legendary as Manor Vail, one of the valley’s oldest and most ideally-located lodges. Nestled against the Gore Creek with views Vail mountain, Manor Vail Lodge is only steps away from Golden Peak Lift, Vail Village, fine dining, and more.
In 2010, East West Partners completed a $110 million renovation that included a complete remodel of the buildings’ façades; the addition of heated sidewalks, pool and hot tubs; an underground parking facility; and the addition of 17 penthouse units, which were placed atop the existing structure. East West Partners have been referred to as “…true visionaries to see the potential of re-creating such a tremendous piece of property,” and have re-established Manor Vail as one of the most significant destinations in Vail.
