Joe began his career as a carpenter in Connecticut, eagerly learning everything there was to know about the trade. Years later, he and his wife, Cecile, started their own construction company in Florida where they specialized in building new custom homes and commercial projects. Together they found great success, but after 22 stifling hot summers they decided to cool things off and move to the mountains.
In 1994 the Rzepiejewski’s arrived in the Vail Valley. Joe worked as a project manager for R.A. Nelson for seven years then went back into business for himself, reopening Rzepiejewski & Company. The husband-wife team built numerous luxury homes throughout the valley from Beaver Creek to Mountain Star, and Arrowhead to Cordillera. In 2011 they moved to Park City, Utah, and enjoyed the next four years being close to family.
After more than two decades in snow country, they were ready to trade the skis in for flip-flops and made their way to the pristine shores of Kaua’i, Hawaii. Having worked alongside East West Partners in the past, Joe reached out to both Harry Frampton and Andy Sutton, and as they say, the rest is history.
