Growing up, Mark and his family would escape the Texas heat by vacationing in the Rockies. With a desire to call Colorado home, Mark enrolled into the Real Estate and Construction Management Program at the University of Denver. Upon graduation in 2002, he moved to Washington D.C. to work for Toll Brothers building high-end residential developments. After three years on the East Coast, with Colorado calling again, he transferred with Toll Brothers back to Denver.
At the downturn in 2008, Mark left Toll Brothers and began project managing multiple, high-end, multi-million dollar, commercial and custom home projects in Denver and the resort markets of Vail, Aspen, and Breckenridge. The most notable projects in which he was involved are Four Seasons Vail and a $40 million private estate in Denver.
In 2014, Mark completed his Executive MBA at the University of Colorado, then moved to Hawaii for his dream job of developing real estate in paradise. After three years as a Project Manager with Kukui‘ula Development Company, he joined the East West Partners team at North Shore Preserve as Director of Construction.
Mark met his wife Annie while she was vacationing on Kaua‘i and they are now fortunate to call Kaua‘i home. They enjoy running, hiking, cruiser biking, golf, farmers markets, and the beach.
